Description:	This subroutine checks for the existence of the specified file.
Returns:	Boolean
Usage:	Script only.

Parameters:

FileName

Required. Any expression for the name of the file whose existence you wish to verify.

Comments:

This subroutine checks for the existence of the file specified by FileName. It returns 1 if the specified file exists, or 0 if the specified file does not exist.
